| 摘 要： | 大学生是社会主义建设的主要储备力量之一,加强和改进大学生思想政治教育对于帮助大学生适应社会具有重要意义。现阶段高校对大学生的思想政治教育工作滞后,通过分析大学生思想政治教育工作的现状,针对主要问题,提出改革和完善方案,解决大学生思想政治教育工作的瓶颈,从而促进大学生思想政治教育工作的全面发展。

| Abstract: | College students is one of the major reserve forces of the socialist construction,it is significant to strengthen and improve Ideological and Political education to help college students adapt society.At the present stage,Ideological and political education of college students is lagged,this paper analysis of the status of ideological and political education,reform suggestions and better program will be made to the main problem,to solve the bottleneck of the ideological and political education,in order to promote ideological and political education all developments. |
