| 摘 要： | 《孙子兵法》在有关战争决策和指挥者的论述中涉及三个人物:君、主、将,准确把握"主"的概念内涵,明确"主"与"君"的不同,明白"主"是孙子对中军将的称呼,了解《孙子兵法》中的某些"将"与"主"是同一概念,正确认识"主"这个战争主角,是充分理解古今军事部门负责人在战争中所起关键作用的一个重要问题。
