| 摘 要： | 思想政治工作信息化,就是使以网络数据库为核心的信息技术广泛进入思想政治工作领域的过程。企业思想政治工作信息化建设,必须加强企业信息化基础设施建设,提高专兼职政工干部运用信息技术的素质和能力,强化信息化条件下思想政治工作的创新与探索,进一步改进思想政治工作的模式和方法,以提高思想政治工作的科学化水平。

| Abstract: | Informatization of ideological and political work is the process of information technology having the network and database information systems as the core broadly applied into this ideological and political field.To construct the enterprise ideological and political informatization,we must strengthen the enterprise information infrastructure,develop the quality and capacity of using technology by leaders both part-time and full-time,as well as explore and innovate our ideological and political work with technology.We must develop the models and methods of ideological and political work to improve its scientific level. |
