| 摘 要： | 美国次贷危机引发的国际金融危机迅速向全世界蔓延,不仅对我国实体经济造成了一定冲击,也给我国就业带来了较大的影响。金融危机通过出口贸易、投资和消费等多种路径直接或间接地对河北省就业情况产生了影响。为应对金融危机,河北省应当从调整产业结构升级、发展现代制造业、加强对中小企业的扶植、发展现代服务业、提高居民收入水平、完善社会保障制度等方面采取措施,以促进河北省就业总量的增长,优化河北省的就业结构。

| Abstract: | The international financial crisis caused by the Subprime Crisis spreads across the world rapidly,which not only caused certain impact on China’s real economy but influenced greatly on the employment in China.Through the exporting trade,investment and consumption,the financial crisis directly or indirectly influenced the employment in Hebei Province.In order to deal with the financial crisis,Hebei Province should take measures in such aspects:upgrading the adjustment of the industrial structure,developing the modern manufacturing industry,strengthening the construction of the small and medium-sized enterprises,developing the modern service industry,raising the income level of the residents,perfecting the social security system and so on to promote the employment growth and optimize the employment structure in Hebei Province. |
