| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,尤其是近年来,青岛市现代服务业有了较快发展,但与国内外先进城市相比,还存在着总量不足、结构失衡以及服务领域狭小、服务质量不高和竞争力不强等问题。究其原因,与发展现存在偏差、管理体制改革滞后、政策扶持力度不够、居民最终消费率偏低、农业人口比重较高、现代服务人才短缺有很大关系。推进青岛市现代服务业发展,要大力发展为制造业配套的生产服务业;积极培育满足城乡居民生活需要的生活服务业;全面提升青岛重点特色产业。同时,要进一步树立和落实科学发展观;深化现代服务业管理体制改革;大力提高现代服务业行业整体素质;加快现代服务业对外开放步伐;加大现代服务业财税政策的扶持力度;积极营造城乡居民现代服务消费环境。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and open to the outside world,the modem service industry in Qingdao has been developing rapidly,but compared with that of the advanced cities of foreign countries,we still have a long way to go.The author of this paper believes that to catch up with the advanced world level,we should deepen the structural reform,improve the integrated quality of the service industry,and produce a modem service and consumption pattern of the urban and rural residents and others. |
