| 摘 要： | 应急物流是物流体系中一个新的门类，是以提供突发性自然灾害、突发性公共事件等突发性事件所需应急物资为目的．以追求时间效益最大化和灾害损失最小化为目标的特种物流活动。本文从应急物流的内涵与特点入手，分析了我国应急物流体系存在的主要问题，并对加强我国应急物流保障机制和应急物流体系的发展提出了对策与建议。
