| 摘 要： | 随着社会就业竞争的激烈,人们迫切需要在学历教育之外接受非学历教育。非学历教育的发展必须摆脱传统教育观念的束缚,借鉴国外的成功经验,加强法制实施的监督和管理,树立市场意识,利用网络培训等,使我国对非学历教育达到一个整体参与的程度。

| Abstract: | In running the non-schooling record education,we must get rid of the fetter of the traditional education ideas,learn from the success experience of non-schooling record education overseas,strengthen the surveillance and management in the legal system,establish market consciousness and use network training to enable all the people in our country who need such an education to have an opportunity to receive non-schooling record education. |
