Abstract:Through the record,contrast and analysis of teaching behavior among the novice teachers,experienced teachers and expert teachers in the open class,the teaching of Chlorine,which was carried out in different styles in the chemistry teaching and researching activities,this paper discovers the great diversity in the combination of the teaching behavior among three types of teachers and summarizes the combination characteristics of teaching behavior.As teachers’ professional growth is a long-term process,it is necessary for the three types to work together to realize the transformation from the novice teachers to experienced teachers,finally to expert teachers.In order to achieve the interaction of the three types and finally realize the transformation,teachers need to achieve the following three aspects:first,they should attain complementary advantages and form a companion cooperation culture.Second,they should have professional guide and do well in preparation of lessons in groups and school-based training.At last,they should rethink again and again in the same lesson and make lessons professionally,carefully,deep,thoroughly and lively.
