| 摘 要： | 在网络环境下，图书馆必须以读者需求为前提，转变和创新服务理念，拓展服务内容、形式和手段，深化信息服务，加强队伍建设，不断地提高图书馆工作人员素质，才能使图书馆的服务再上一个新台阶，适应网络时代不断发展的要求，开创读者服务工作的新局面。

| Abstract: | In web environment,the library must be on the precondition of reader's requirement,change and create some idea of service,develop service content,type and artifice,deepen the service of information,strengthen the instruction of contingent,improve the quality of library's workers ceaselessly.Therefore the service of library can come into a new step,and adapt the developing demands in web times as well as creating a new complexion of readers service work. |
