| 摘 要： | 在篮球运动员的训练中,不仅要考虑其身体素质和专项技术指标,还要重视运动员的心理素质和气质类型。通过对6所高校男子篮球运动员气质类型与位置关系的分析,提出在训练中根据运动员的气质类型特点进行相应的教育培养和训练,以达到最佳的训练效果。

| Abstract: | In the course of identification of sport and training of sport,not only the index of physical fitness and specific skill should be considered,but also the psychological quality of an athlete,and the temperament type is one of the most important psychological qualities essential for an athlete.In the paper,the purpose is to provide beneficial reference for the scientific identification of sport and training,according to the temperament type of basketball players. |
