| 摘 要： | 我国各出版社每年会积压一定数量的滞销书，造纸浆、降价、赠送是其主要处理方式。而一些图书馆受经济因素制约限制了文献资源的发展建设，其馆藏资源极其匮乏，滞销书对于他们是可望而不可及的，文章就如何在他们之间通过信息沟通架起桥梁，使资源得到有效利用，实现互利互惠的合作进行了探讨。
