| 摘 要： | 随着我国金融体制改革的深化,尤其是外资银行大举进入中国市场之后,我国商业银行面临更加激烈的竞争态势。传统的以单一经营存贷款业务为特征的模式已经无法适应新环境,金融业务创新逐渐成为商业银行的发展重心。改革单一经营模式,向混业经营迈进,大力发展投资银行业务势必成为商业银行提高竞争能力、完善经营管理的明智之选。

| Abstract: | With the deepening of China's financial system reform,commercial banks in China are facing more serious competition,especially after foreign banks flood into China's market.The traditional operation mode of commercial banks characterized as simple deposit and loan business could no longer catch up with the new market environment,and financial business innovation comes to become the development focus to the commercial banks in China.Transition from simple operation toward mixed operation,and greatly fostering investment banking services will absolutely become the wise choice for China's commercial banks to enhance their competitiveness and improve their operation. |
