| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈等方法,考察了山东省高校各类体育专业的设置、规模及社会对各类体育专业人才需求的情况.结果显示:体育教育专业的培养规模已大于社会需求,2004年以后培养规模过大的问题更显突出;运动训练专业明后两年的毕业生基本满足社会需求,应控制招生规模;对社会体育专业人才需求量大,应迅速扩大招生规模;民族传统体育专业毕业生已能满足优秀运动队、高校高水平运动队和各级国办学校的武术教师(教练员)需求,但民办武术馆校是较大的就业市场,应稳定招生规模,提高培养质量;对公共事业管理(体育)专业仍有一定需求,保持每年50人的招生规模为宜;目前尚未设立运动人体科学专业,但对该专业人才有一定需求量,应尽早设置.

| Abstract: | By means of literature,questionares and interviews with specialists,we have made an investigation on the setting,the range and diversity of various specialties of physical education in colleges and universities of Shandong province,as well as the social demand for various qualified personnel of physical education.The result shows that,the training scale of the education speciality has already outgrown its social demand.The problem will be more striking after the year of 2004.As for sports training speciality,its graduates will,on the whole,satisfy the social demand next year and the year after.So the size of its enrollment should be controlled in some way.However,as for social physical education,there is a great social demand for its qualified personnel.Thus its enrollment should be enlarged quickly.For the physical education of Chinese national tradition,its graduates have already satisfied the demand for martial arts eteachers and coaches in excellent sports teams and different levels of state-run schools.But the schools and centers run by the local people are the bigger employment market.For this reason,its enrollment should be stabilized and the quality should be improved.There is still a certain demand for graduates of public management,therefore,it is suitable to enroll 50 students each year.At present,the speciality of human body science of sports has not been set up yet,it is supposed to be set up as soon as possible because of the certain demand for its graduates. |
