| 摘 要： | 旅游类职业院校普遍在实践教学体系的具体实施过程中存在问题.本文根据相关调研,提出了改变观念,构建合理的新实践教学体系；统一教学内容与课程设置;加强师资队伍建设,提高教师的实践能力；建立广泛的社会联系,完善校外实习基地建设；加强实践教学评价体系等具体的保障措施,以完善旅游企业策划与营销专业实践教学体系.

| Abstract: | Tourism vocational colleges generally have problems in the specific implementation of the practical teaching system. In this paper, the author suggests to change the concept, and build new reasonable practical teaching system, in order to perfect the tourism enterprise planning and the practical teaching system of marketing major. |
