| 摘 要： | 志愿者是图书馆可利用的宝贵资源,在图书馆日常管理和公益活动中发挥着积极的作用。由于志愿者素质的参差不齐,以及志愿者服务流动性大的特点,公共图书馆志愿者服务还需不断完善。重点分析目前中小型公共图书馆志愿者服务存在的问题,提出相应的管理对策。
