摘    要:高层管理者的前瞻性行为是企业应对现实环境变化的必然要求,通过5个典型案例的探索性研究,发现高层管理者前瞻性行为自身包含主动思考与进取、识别机会与威胁、实施变革与创新、关注长期绩效和持续跟踪改进5个维度,同时进一步探讨高层管理者前瞻性行为及各维度与组织绩效的关系。

Abstract:The proactive behaviors of executives are a critical factor to adjust to the environment.This paper develops a theoretical framework on the executives proactive behaviors by case study,which consists of thinking proactively,identifying opportunities and threats,implementing change and innovation,concerning about the long-term performance and keeping track of improvement.Furthermore,the relationships between the executives proactive behaviors and the organizational performance are explored.Implications for the theory are discussed and future research directions offered.
