| 摘 要： | 基于文献分析法、对比分析法,从系统运行机制、资金供给机制、风险承担、风险补偿机制及法律保障体系5个方面,对中、日中小企业信用保证体系进行比较研究,在总结日本中小企业信用保证体系的成功经验的基础上,提出我国中小企业信用保证体系存在的不足,并针对政府、金融机构、担保机构等提出政策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on literature analysis and comparative analysis,this paper study on the credit guarantee systems of SMEs from five aspects,system operation mechanism,capital supply mechanism,risk taking,risk compensation mechanism and legal protection system.Summing up the successful experience of Japanese SMEs’ credit guarantee system,this paper state the deficiencies of Chinese SMEs’,then put forward policy suggestions to the government,the financial institutions and guarantee agencies. |
