| 摘 要： | 婚姻财产制度是婚姻法学领域一项十分重要的制度,是婚姻中夫妻权利义务关系的重要组成部分.根据我国新《婚姻法》的规定和当前的实际,对我国夫妻共同财产制、个人财产制以及约定财产制进行探讨,对我国夫妻债务承担问题进行分析,提出了进一步完善我国婚姻财产制度的法律思考.

This paper is intended to present some ways to better marriage contract based on a study of common property, individual property and contracted property in the marriage relation according to the New Marriage Act. |
