| 摘 要： | 像形珍珠在弘扬特色文化及其旅游纪念品开发方面具有广阔的应用前景。将珍珠文化与妈祖文化结合,应用现代珍珠养殖理论和技术,开展了优质妈祖像形珍珠培育技术研究,旨在为我国发展淡水珍珠养殖业和弘扬中华妈祖文化提供一种新途径。结果显示:(1)不用粘着剂将金属妈祖像形核模植入三角帆蚌,能培育出妈祖像形珍珠,且三角帆蚌的培育效果优于褶纹冠蚌;(2)采用1.5龄手术蚌、薄荷脑麻醉和系统化消毒等方法构建的淡水附壳像形珍珠手术工艺流程,对术后育珠蚌存活率和妈祖像形珍珠质量有促进作用;(3)“蚌+鱼+光合细菌”养殖方式对控制育珠蚌的月死亡量和缩短妈祖像形珍珠的养成时间有利;(4)像形轮廓及其文字肉眼可见、银白光滑的珍珠层表面无肉眼可见的异常凹突及瑕疵等应是优质妈祖像形珍珠不可缺少的特征。

| Abstract: | Image pearls bear great potential in developing distinctive national features culture and exploiting tour souvenirs.Combining the pearl culture with Mazu culture,applying modern pearl culture theory and technique,researching high-quality Mazu image pearl culture technique.This study aims at new way for our developing freshwater pearl culture cause and developing Chinese Mazu culture.It shows that:(1) without agglutinant,inserting metals Mazu image nucleus into Hyriopsis cumingii Lea,able to cultivate Mazu image pearls,and Hyriopsis cumingii Lea cultured high-quality Mazu image pearls excel Cristaria plicata Leach;(2) adopting 1.5 to years old operating freshwater mussels and Menthol anaesthesia and system disinfect,and the other ways to set up freshwater blister image pearl operation technological process,and it will promote the survival rates of mather freshwater mussel post operation and Mazu image pearl cultivate quality;(3) "the freshwater mussel the fish PSB" breed way and effectively check the monthly death rate of mother freshwater mussel and curtail the cultivate time of Mazu image pearls;(4) high-quality Mazu image pearls indispensable characteristics,such as image outline and its letters obviously can be seen,with pure white and smooth pearl layer surfaces,especially without defects,moreover unconventionally sunken or sticking out. |
