| 摘 要： | 运用灵敏测速仪对我国儿童少年足球运动员的灵敏素质，进行了测量与评价。提出了足球运动员的灵敏素质主要是由速度（反应速度、动作速度）和随机应变能力组成。并针对足球运动员灵敏素质的特点，建立了（１１～１５岁）各年龄段的评价标准。

| Abstract: | Agility of the Chinese juvenile male Soccer players of 11 to 15 years of age was measured and evaluated by the sensitive speed-testing instrument. It was put forward that the agility of soccer players consists of speed (reflex speed and movement speed) and improvise. According to the characteristics of the soccer players' agility, the evaluation standards for every age group of 11 to 15 years of age were established. |
