基于车牌识别及RFID技术的小区车辆管理系统设计

摘    要:采用车牌识别及RFID射频卡互补的方式设计了小区车辆管理系统,该系统可对分布于小区大门监控点内的过往机动车辆实现自动车牌识别,并对所有过往车辆的图片进行自动记录存档。由于本系统采用的是目前国内最先进的高清晰抓拍识别技术,基于计算机视觉原理以及模式识别技术,故可对过往车辆的车牌号进行清晰、准确的识别和不间断监测。

Abstract:In this paper a commlcnity vehicle management system was designed by adopting a complementary method of license plate recognition and RFID radio frequency card.The license plate can automatically recognize and take down all passing vehicles that are distributed in the community entry area,and document photos.The most advanced high-definition capture recognition technology was used in this system based on the principles of computer vision and pattern recognition technology,which offers clear and accurate license plate number identification and uninterruptible monitoring for all passing vehicles.
