| 摘 要： | 信息时代对现代图书馆的服务提出了新的要求。图书馆流通部门是图书馆对外服务的重要窗口,它处于图书馆工作的第一线。如何解决现有流通中存在的问题和矛盾,如何对流通服务方式和内容进行改进、创新,使流通服务工作更好地满足读者的需要,这是一个值得深思的问题。
