| 摘 要： | 针对高校排球课教学内容多、学生入学基础差的情况,在高校排球课教学中采用专项化活动性游戏和组合技术作为主要教学内容和练习手段,把培养兴趣、掌握方法、锻炼身心、终身体育作为课程的总目标进行初步改革尝试,通过教学实验证明其效果及在教学实践中的可行性。

| Abstract: | In accordance with the substantial content in the volleyball course and the student's lack of the knowledge of volleyball, it is suggested that some specific games and systematic skills, regarded as the main teaching content and the method of training, should be applied to the teaching process. Besides, the first step of teaching reform should aim at cultivating the students' interests is sports, leading them to master the skills, building up their physical strength and willpower and helping then to form,the habits of lifelong exercising. In this article, I prove the good teaching effect of applying games to teaching process by making experimets. |
