| 摘 要： | 新世纪的大学生正处于社会发展变革,竞争日益激烈的时代,加之他们也处在身心亢奋,思想转型的年龄,存在环境、学业、能力、角色、就业等的困惑,挫折与适应成为当代大学生生存与发展的现实。探究大学生心理挫折现象,增强大学生心理适应能力培养,高校要努力改进思想教育方法,帮助大学生养成良好的心理,适应未来的生存和发展。

| Abstract: | College Students in the new century are in the transformation of social development,which is an increasingly competitive era.In addition,they are thinking of restructuring the age,facing such confusions as environments,education,ability,roles,and employment,Thus frustration and adupiton become the survival and development reality of contemporary college students also at the mental and physical excitement.To explore college students' psychological setbacks,and to enhance their training of psychological adaptation,Colleges should strive to improve their ideological education methods to help students develop good healthy psychology,so as to adapt to their future existence and developmont. |
