| 摘 要： | 运用1997-2008年中国建筑业有关统计数据,利用多元回归模型对国际金融危机下建筑业产出的影响因素进行实证分析.研究结果表明,我国建筑业为劳动力密集型行业,建筑业产出与固定资产投资和银行贷款具有显著正相关关系.为了有效应对国际金融危机对建筑业的冲击,提出扶持农民工上岗、加大财政支出对基建投资支持力度等政策建议.

| Abstract: | This paper uses the data of 1997-2008 Chinese construction industry and multiple regression models to analyze the influential factors of the construction output under global financial crises. Research results show that: the con-struction industry is labor-intensive; fixed-asset investments and bank loans have significant positive attributions.
