| Abstract: | Let M be a complete, connected and oriented two-dimensional Hessian manifold, suppose that the affine mean curvature of M is a non-negative constant, then the universal covering manifold M is isometric to the E2 , and M is the orbit space of a subgroup F of isometries of M which acts freely and properly discontinuously on M. |
