| Abstract: | Combining with the experience in the process of constructing food science and technology practice demonstration center of Hunan agricultural university, this paper introduces the measures of experimental education reform and the effects of constructing innovative personnel training platform, in aspects of the foster the engineering qualification and creative abilities of undergraduates, the experiment teaching method, means, contents and its system. |
