| 摘 要： | 讯问告知是刑事诉讼中告知系列的一部分,讯问告知的完善对犯罪嫌疑人权利的保护及对侦查人员滥用权力的适当限制有着积极的作用。讯问告知的有关内容、程序及违反告知规定的法律后果都应该在刑事诉讼中加以明确。

| Abstract: | Informing of interrogation is a part of informing series in criminal lawsuit, the perfection of which serves an active role in protecting the suspect and proper limitation of the investigators abuse of power. The content, procedure of informing of interrogation and the lawful consequences caused by violation of informing regulation should be clarified in the criminal lawsuit. |
