| 摘 要： | 随着知识信息时代的来临，人们越来越关注知识在经济增长中的作用和价值，贫困地区因其教育、经济落后，在知识经济运行中必然会产生传统的价值取向与现代知识价值观、劳动力资源廉价与知识型人才奇缺、脱贫致富急迫与经济增长缓慢、教育需求膨胀与教育水平低下等矛盾冲突。为摆脱贫困我们必须采取转变观念构建知识经济价值观、充分开发贫困地区的人力资源、有效诱导贫困地区劳动者进行知识投资以及改革现有教育体制等策略，加快实现贫困地区的发展。

| Abstract: | With the arrival of the age of knowledge information, people are more and more concerned about the functions and values of knowledge in economic increase. Owing to the backward condition of education and economy in poverty areas, conflicts will inevitably appear between the traditional orientation of value and modern views on knowledge value, between the cheep value of manpower resources and the short of intellectuals, between the urgent need for shaking off poverty and the slow increase of economy and between the great need for education and the low level of education. To shake off poverty, we must adopt strategies that are based on the building up of our views on the value of knowledge economy to fully exploit manpower resources in poverty areas, to induce knowledge investment from the labourers in such areas and to reform the present educational system so as to accelerate the development of poverty areas. |
