多元文化教育中的教师:民族文化传承的主导

摘    要:兴起于西方的多元文化教育给中国民族教育的发展提供了多方面的借鉴。在我国少数民族文化的传承方面,多元文化教育背景中的教师担当着主导作用。教师深入地理解多元文化教育的理念,开发和实施作为民族文化传承平台的多元文化课程,创设人性的多元文化教育环境,促成了学校教育对民族文化的传承。

Abstract:The muhicuhural education which arises from the west provides various ideas for China's national education development. With respect to minority education heritage, teachers in muhieuhural education act as leaders. They understand the thoughts deeply, explore and bring the muhicultural course into effect as the platform of the national cultural heritage, and they found humanistic edueational environment which does contribution to the heritage of national euhures.
