| 摘 要： | 着重分析、讨论了高校教师评价体系的变迁对高校体育教师的影响,包括对高校体育教师学历、职称的影响和学术、科研的影响。同时对近几年来高校正在实施的教师绩效评价体系中存在的问题作了一定的分析,并提出相应的对策建议:扩大体育教师绩效评价的内涵;建立个别化的教师督导与评价体系。

| Abstract: | The paper analyses the influences on the P.E teachers by the changes of the assessment system of university teachers,such as the influences on their academic degree,title and research.The paper also analyses the problems of the current teachers' achievement assessment system and proposes countermeasures,such as enriching the scope of the assessment system and establishing individual supervision and assessment system. |
