摘    要:应用型人才培养模式要求从“知识本位”向“能力本位”转变,这种转变的切入点和落脚点关键在于构建与其相适应相匹配的课程体系。以市场营销专业为例,分析应用型本科院校大学生的能力构成,提出通过实践性课程和非实践性课程承担学生能力培养任务的具体途径。

Abstract:Application-oriented personnel training program requests the changing of the cultivation of the students from knowledge-based to ability- based. The key to carry out this change is to build suitable curriculums system. The thesis analyzes the ability structure of university students with Marketing as an example, and proposes the different tasks in practical curriculums and non-practical curriculums for student ability training at the same time.
