| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义和谐社会是党的十六大四中全会中提出的一项重大任务。和谐社会是稳定有序的社会,它要求富国、富民、人民安居乐业,国家长治久安。建构和谐社会,全民健身是一个重大的问题,全体国民的身体健康状况不仅是一个国家富强繁荣的标志,更是社会主义和谐社会的基础与目标。

| Abstract: | The Fifth Plenary Session of the Sixteenth CPC National Congress put forward the aim of constructing hamaonious society for the first time. it is a system, may be referred to sports, because it is a very important social culture phenomenon. Probing into sports value and its tracking, it will be important meaning to harmonious society implement and define sports development direction. |
