| 摘 要： | 自主创新能力是国家竞争力的核心。一个国家只有拥有强大的自主创新能力,才能在激烈的国际竞争中把握先机、赢得主动。科技成果转化是科技成果商品化的过程,是科技成果价值和使用价值得以实现,并推动经济发展的前提条件。企业是科技成果转化的主体,在科技成果转化过程中,风险投资起了至关重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Independent innovation is the key to a country's competitive power.Only by owning independent innovation ability enough can a country has more chances to win activeness in the international competition.The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is the process of its commercialization.It is the prior condition to realize its values and enhance economic developments.Business enterprise is the main body to implement the transformation from scientific and technological achievements.Venture investment plays an important role in the process of the formation for a business enterprise. |
