| 摘 要： | 诊所法律教育模式在我国落地生根并不断与我国法学教育方式相互融合,成为我国法学教育改革的一个亮点.但诊所法律教育的理念还亟待普及、法律诊所的经费和师资匮乏需要解决、诊所案源需要拓展、诊所学生的准律师身份有待明确,同时法律诊所亦需加强对学生的法律职业伦理教育.

On Some Problems to be Solved in the Localization of the Clinical Legal Education |

| Abstract: | Clinical legal education model in our country roots and integrates with the way of law education in our country and become a highlight of the reform of legal education in China. But the clinic law education idea still need to be popularized,the shortage of the law clinic funds and teachers need to be solved,the clinic case sources need to be expanded, Quasi lawyer status of the students of the clinic should be clearly defined and the legal professional ethics education need to be strengthened. |
