| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查和实验测试法,对大连大学大学生的健康状况及参加体育活动的情况进行了分析与研究,旨在了解现代大学生体质健康状况及参加体育活动的现状,为进一步提高我校大学生的体质健康水平,促进高校公共体育教学改革提供参考依据。
