| 摘 要： | 物流基础设施是物流系统的组成部分。是区域物流系统的重要环节。包括运输基础设施、通讯基础设施和商业基础设施三个层次。从东、中、西部交通运输线路里程数量指标、高速公路和等级公路质量指标的比较来看。西部地区物流基础设施无论数量上。还是在质量方面。都滞后于中东部地区。成为制约区域物流发展的基础设施“瓶颈”。区域物流基础设施的合理规划和布局是区域物流发展的基础。

| Abstract: | The basic infrastructures of logistics is a part of the logistic system, it consist of three sides of the transport basic infrastructures, communication basic infrastructures and business basic infrastructures. This article compares the quantities of transport lines, express highway and grade road of the transport qualities to analyses three of the regional logistics basic infrastructures differences in China. The logistics basic infrastructures of the west areas are backward regardless of the transport quantities and qualities. The development of the regional logistics need to change the logistics infrastructures differences and distributions of the regional logistics. |
