| 摘 要： | 加强民办高校图书馆队伍素质建设,是图书馆功能正常发挥的内在要求,是馆员自身发展的客观需要,是民办高校可持续发展的必然要求.进行民办高校图书馆队伍素质建设,需要参考相关行业标准,借鉴其他高校图书馆经验,重视岗位学习和继续教育,强调敬业精神教育,院校管理者要加强人文关怀,尽量促进实现内部工作人员平等.

| Abstract: | To strengthen the quality cultivation of librarian teams in private colleges is the inner requirement of the library＇s functions, the objective need for the librarians themselves, and the necessity of the sustainable development of private colleges. Carrying out the quality cultivation of librarians, the librarians of private colleges should persist in incumbent learning, learning the experiences from the colleagues of other colleges, enhance their professional dedication while the leaders of private colleges should insist on the equality, and show humane concern to the libraians. |
