| 摘 要： | 企业文化与校园文化是两个不同概念,但都属于社会亚文化的类别,二者有机融合,将有力推进校园文化建设水平。本文以电力行业院校江西电力职业技术学院为例,以国家电网公司优秀企业文化为参照,从高职院校校园文化建设的指导思想和总体目标出发,通过制度文化、节约文化、安全文化等校园文化建设的若干途径,建设优秀的校园文化,达到推进人才培养工作水平的目的。

| Abstract: | Enterprise and campus culture are two different culture systems, they both belong to social sub - cul- ture, if combined suitably, it can highly improve the campus culture construction level. Based on Jiangxi Vocational ＆ Technical College of Electricity, this paper argues from the guiding ideas and objectives of campus culture con- struction, which holds that campus culture should be constructed through mechanism culture, saving culture and safe culture. In this way we can achieve our goals. |
