| 摘 要： | 以安徽省42所图书馆为研究对象,通过调查问卷的设计与数据采集,分析了42所图书馆的危机管理现状,提出加强危机管理的策略,包括强化危机和危机管理意识、设立危机管理专门职能机构、建立和完善危机管理制度体系、制订危机管理预案、加强危机恢复管理工作等.

| Abstract: | This article makes a study of crisis management in libraries in Anhui Province by. issuing questionnaire and collecting data. After analyzing the present situation of crisis management in the library circle in Anhui, the author presents some strategies of crisis management of libraries, including heightening the awareness of the librarians, setting up special organizations, perfecting the systems concerned, establishing the preplans, formulating concrete and efficient plans, and strengthening the post-crisis management. |
