| 摘 要： | 近年来，随着师范毕业生就业逐渐市场化，大量师范毕业生涌入就业市场，他们承受着巨大的就业压力，同时面临着新的就业形势，呈现出新的特点。本文以江苏省师范院校及师范毕业生为例，对师范毕业生就业情况进行分析，对如何改进师范院校毕业生就业工作等问题提出对策。
