| 摘 要： | 西汉一代封建王侯虽众，失侯国除者也众，西汉王侯失掉爵位大都是因为触犯了汉律。《史记》、《汉书》中记载的王侯被夺爵的原由有四十种左右。文章拟就通过考察西汉一代王侯坐罪废黜的情况，来探究西汉王侯因触犯汉律而被夺侯的现象及原因。

| Abstract: | There were many dukes in the Western Han dynasty and the number of those who were deprived is also great.According to "The History" and "Han History",about 40types of causes are recorded for punishing the dukes.The paper reveals and analyzes the cases of punishment on the dukes in terms of the causes and phenomenon. |
