| 摘 要： | 计算机信息网络技术的发展使得网络空间的个人隐私权受到前所未有的严峻挑战,我国要把保护网络隐私权提到立法日程上来,借鉴国外先进经验并结合我国现状,构建法律保护机制。本文对网络时代隐私权法律保护的前景作了一些粗浅的探讨。

| Abstract: | As the computer information's network technology develops rapidly, the privacy on Internet suffers an unprecedented severe challenge. We should place it on the order of the day, use overseas advanced experiences for reference and in the light of current situation to establish the legal protection mechanism. The author made a simple exploration on legal protection of privacy's foreground network times. |
