| 摘 要： | 以城乡基本公共服务均等化为重点加快推进城乡一体化,是我国新阶段统筹城乡发展、建设社会主义和谐社会的重要内容,而大力推进城乡基本公共服务均等化也相应成为我国新阶段农村改革的重大任务,要把实现城乡基本公共服务均等化作为一项系统工程,着力推进各项制度的改革进程,加快城乡各项体制机制的对接,从而真正实现城乡经济社会一体化。

| Abstract: | To accelerate the integration of urban and rural areas through rural equal access to basic public services is the most important content of Chinese urban-rural development in the new stage and the construction of socialist harmonious society,and promoting urban and rural equal access to basic public services in the new stage can become the important task of rural reform,It should be a systematic engineering to realize the equal access to basic public service,promot the reform of the system of process,and accelerate the docking of the mechanism of urban and rural system,thus it will become a reality of urban and rural economic and social integration. |
