| 摘 要： | 计算机机房是高校重要的实践教学场所,用户对机房的服务需求不断提高。通过自适应学习能力、团队协作能力的培养,建设了一支具有自我管理、自主学习能力的学生管理员队伍。学生管理员协助老师提高机房管理和维护效率的同时,其自身的计算机专业实践能力和综合素质得到了提高。
