| 摘 要： | 从第一层到第二层的溯源构成农产品可追溯的完整过程；完整的农产品可追溯系统，是基于检测的第一追溯系统和基于“清洁种养”的第二追溯系统的统一。如果说前者的建设直接关乎老百姓是否“吃得安全”的话，那么后者的建设，就更事关中国人“有没有足够的粮食吃”和农业发展方式转变的大局。

| Abstract: | origin from the first layer to the second layer constitute the whale process of agricultural products being traced back. Complete traceability system of agricultural products is unity based on detection of the first and based on clean plant- ing and breeding of the second. If the former is directly related to the construction whether the common people eat safely then the latter building more related to the Chinese people whether have enough food to eat and the overall change in a- gricultural development. |
