| 摘 要： | 李建勋是中国近代师范教育史上一位举足轻重的人物,鉴于教师在学校教育中的地位与作用,他特别重视师范教育并且终身从事师范教育,关心对未来教师的训练和培养,也关心在职教师素质的不断提高,而且不断强调作为教师应具备的条件,他的师范教育思想及其办学理念有效地推动了我国的师范教育尤其是高等师范教育的发展,具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | LiJianXun in Chinese modern history is a very normal,given in school teacher education,the status and function of normal education and lifelong special attention to education in normal,about the future of the teacher training and training,and also about in-service teacher quality,and constantly improve the emphasis as teachers should have the condition of normal education,his thoughts and ideas,effectively promotes the normal education,especially in the development of higher education in normal,have important practical significance. |
