关于健美操运动对女大学生心理应激影响的研究

摘    要:通过生活事件自评量表的测查,研究了女大学生应激水平与体育锻炼运动量、运动项目之间的关系。结果显示:(1)有较高比例的女大学生对于“就业压力”,“受人歧视”,“亲友死亡”等产生强烈的心理应激反应。(2)健美操锻炼能有效地降低心理应激。(3)每周参加健美操锻炼的次数与心理健康调节有密切的关系。

Abstract:The links between the level of psychological stress of female college students and their exercise load, activities are studied by means of a survey of self-assessment. The results show as following; A high proportion of female students are found to have strong psychological reaction to the stress of employment, being discriminated by others and death of relative and friends; Psychological stress can be successfully mitigated by doing aerobic exercises; The weekly times of participating aerobic exercises is closely linked to regulating psychological health.
