| 摘 要： | 新生代农民工是我国目前农民工群体的主力军,他们具有文化水平较高、流动性较大、职业期望高等特点.但是,政府和企业及新生代农民工自身都普遍没有充分重视通过职业培训促进其职业发展,为此,应依据企业需求及新生代农民工自身需求尽快为其建立完善的培训体系,以形成其完善的职业发展制度,实现其终身培训.

| Abstract: | The new generation rural labors are the main force of rural labors,and they have the characteristics of high cultural level,higher mobility and vocational development expectations.However,the government and enterprises haven’t paid much attention to promote the vocational development of them through training.Therefore,to build and optimize training system according to the demand of enterprises and themselves as soon as possible is a feasible solution,which aims to form perfect vocational development and lifelong training system for them. |
