| 摘 要： | 邓小平关于发展高科技思想在邓小平科技思想中占据十分突出的地位。邓小平在提出“科学技术是第一生产力”的论断基础上 ,进一步提出发展我国高科技的战略思想 ,为我国科技体制改革和跨世纪社会经济可持续发展提供了强大的驱动力 ,具有重大的现实意义和深远的历史意义。
